Maybe it's time for you to switch to a diet that incorporates the stuff you crave rather than cutting it out or something that makes you lose the craving for it.To be in a constant state of "i shouldnt eat this, but i want to" sounds pretty much a recipe for failure sooner or later.Glad to hear thought that you start to get it in check. Hopefully it stays that way.

You seem to be a strong willed person, afterall you lost already 19.2kg's! That is a tremendous achievment. You're beating me by 1 kilo =)))The reason why i said it is this... i'm right now on a ketogenic diet with almost no carbohydrates (but lots of fat / protein), and the most notable effect is that i simply dont crave sugar that much anymore since my body had to switch to fatconsumption versus the normal glycemic state.If you ever struggle with your current method (if it's something different) it might be worth trying.

Lancezh, I really am strong willed!!! LOL!!! Once my mind is made up, there's no stopping me!!! :-) I've been doing IF plus the paleo way of eating, so I'm doing pretty good with my diet for the most part. I've gone off track at one point or another due to holidays, events, birthdays, etc, & every time I indulged in my favorite foods, I made a conscious decision to do so without any regrets. I'm back on track now, so WATCH MY SMOKE!!! My weight is gonna go DOWN, DOWN, DOWN!!! Great job doing the ketogenic diet too!!! Keep up the good work!!! :-)
