Rnd 1 is complete! But I see no change in my photos!

LOL, just trying to keep up with two of my grandchildren! We have that gym also, but it is 35 miles from my home which adds to the cost. I have been out of work now for nearly two years, and my savings is gone. After I wrote the blog, I looked for exercise sites and found one that I am trying out. It included finding my target heart rate for each zone, or level of ability. It also recommended that I start out walking, and push myself until I get out of the lowest zone. My legs and belly muscles are tender today! Last month the only thing I changed was what I ate. This month I am keeping the food log, and adding walking every other day. I have so much to lose!

ha! chasing after grandkids will give you a workout! :)

yeah, if it is too far to drive (and gas is pricey), doesn't make fiscal sense...what about local parks/walking trails to shake up the scenery (best of all, free :)? Playgrounds? Fun for you and the kids :)

Walking is one of the easiest, and free, things to do. I saw a lady the other day at the walking trail using 2 bottles of water (20oz) for hand weights to add resistance for an arm workout too.
