You can do this!! The workouts will help bring your adrenaline down, so you worry less. Another thing that helped me: Write my thoughts down on a pad of paper before going to sleep. That way, I did not have to worry about forgetting anything. It was easier to let go and get some rest. Maybe it will work for you, too!
