Way to go Kirsty. I am still really admiring your steps challenge and how you have nailed it. That really is something to be proud of. I'm sure you can keep it up,I like the reframing your goal weight too. When you are in the 200's like us its such a long way to the 'healthy' weight in all the charts its is hard to focus on it. But you are a third of the way now to the IVF weight: I'm sure you can do it. I'm one of the people you mentioned in an earlier post - like you my weight has never stopped me from doing things, I have a partner who loves me the way I am, and I eat healthy stuff (just lots of it) and usually feel fine. But I'm also older than you, and the health worries have started to kick in - blood pressure, difficulty with knee joints, borderline diabetes and some other stuff - so remember your early posts and fix it now, while you are doing so well and 'on a roll'.Great blog again - thank you
