Hey Kimberly!! How are you doing? I thought I would just say Hi and catch up. I am very steadily losing the lbs. and almost at goal. But I still am struggling with exercise and my pattern is to start strong and fizzle out. So I am trying to finish what I start this time, all the way til the end....which is very far off in the distance (with over 80 to lose.)

Hey Kelli,Im sorry im now just getting back with you.How have you been doing? I have been ripping and running all week. I am so tired.. I am doing good with the exercise.The food im really doing good on, but the chocolate not so good. I am addicted to chocolate.I am working on it but I am a work in progress.Im sticking to the plan..Prepping my meals every week if I can stop the sweets I will be doing really good. Kelli hang in there. Why dont you plan on doing 30 minutes of exercise for 5 days a week either in the morning or the evening.You can do it Kelli...You have to focus on it. Its not easy but it can be done.Im kind of close to my goal but I am still going..
