Hey Kimberly!! How are you doing? I thought I would just say Hi and catch up. I am very steadily losing the lbs. and almost at goal. But I still am struggling with exercise and my pattern is to start strong and fizzle out. So I am trying to finish what I start this time, all the way til the end....which is very far off in the distance (with over 80 to lose.)


You're right about the exercise. I haven't done any yet...but that is going to change. I am bringing my tennies to work and me and one of my co-workers are going to walk everyday for 30 minutes during lunch. Yeah....I will finally get some exercise in. I know it's not a lot but its a start. I am almost at goal I need to lose another 1 and 1/2 lbs. but the glory days of starting a diet and losing a lb. a day have ended. It has adjusted to the normal rate of 1-2 lbs a week. So I really need to add that walk in if I want to win the bet. You need to get rid of all the chocolate in your house. Take it to work, give it to your friends, take that what temps you away. Stay strong on your diet and exercise. We can do this!!
