Thanks Vegan Warrior for noticing! This is my first DietBet and I am enjoying the process. My exercise goals are two fold - elliptical in the am for 15-30 minutes 5 days a week and to walk with friends in the pm 4 times a week for 60-90 minutes. I work in a school so sometimes schedules can make that goal tough. Next semester I think I will be ready to add weights to the mix.
