Great Post! You will do GREAT ! I think your 5 pound a month goal is great. I will say that for me, I love the celebration day after the 28 day diet work. BUT since experience tells me that I will gain at least 1 pound back (maybe 2 pounds!) then I would probably try to lose 6 or 7 pounds every 28days... which after celebrating = 5 pounds that stay off! BUT what ever you do, you will do great! Cause you know... you pretty awesome like that! ;-)
