A foam roller is amazing relief for leg soreness. It actually helps to use it before the workout too. There are many online videos that demonstrate it's use. Also old fashioned yellow mustard is good for cramps. Just eat a tablespoon and cramps subside in minutes. Sit a little packet in your pocket before you go out.
