I had my first "token" weigh-in yesterday and went through the same old @?! mental runaround! 

After my initial decision to do this DietBet idea, which I weighed in at about noon for, I have been using my Withings scale, which I've link to my profile, each morning at about 5am to weigh before I head off for 12-14 hour work/commute day.

You guessed it, my 5 am weight is less than my midday weight and when I did my weigh-in yesterday my weight was up. It is back to norm this morning, but it really messed with my head!

i like my morning weigh-in b/c it reminds me I have work to do, but also see logic in only weighing after work when I get home so the weigh-ins stay more consistent and not mess with my head.
