I have been extemely motivated this week & I have been working hard. Honestly, I've never stayed committed to diet and exercise for so many days in row before. I always cheat just a little... which turns into a bigger cheat... which wreaks everything! 

I think that this "bet" has sparked the competitive side of me. That, and, I got my wedding photos back this week, and I realized that I'm pretty dang big & I need to do something about it.

Whatever the motivation may be, I am proud of myself for sticking to it. I meal prepped at the beginning of the week & that worked great! I have been working out some & plan to up that next week! I really think I can do this :)
