For every negative thing, say something positive. Running a 5K is a big deal!! You did it!! Way to go! And not binging, that is HUGE! Find some better snacks to have on hand when the urge hits (I have low carb ice cream bars), so when you do give in to the urge, and you will, so why fight it, you won't beat yourself up. We're a team, cause we are all in the same boat. GO TEAM!
