It's difficult! I may say that it helps if you take it day by day. And wake up each day with the thought of "I'm strong." "Be strong" when you see a temptation. Remember a bit more protein is helpful because our bodies will burn fat if we have more muscle. Women tent to think that it's not good. My nutritionist recommend to keep the muscle and gain a bit more to make the body burn fat.
