Love your writing! I don't eat any of the fake stuff though. Low-fat, sugar-free (ie fake sugar) etc. I'm on a Mediterranean style diet which is lots of vegetables and some fruit, medium protein and healthy fats like olive oil and full-fat yoghurt (which I make myself). All real food, very little processed. It's working so far!

That sounds SO yummy...when I was younger I could eat full fat dairy. Those were the DAYS! I really miss ice cream. Sometimes I can still get away with a little, but it usually ends up making me regret life choices, lol...I'll feel like I'm catching the flu for about 30 minutes and within the hour it passes. The sugar is the same way, come to think of it. I've probably become diabetic, but I do try to get real sugar when I think I can get away with it. Nothing seems to work like it did before pregnancy, lol See you around! : )
