Hmmm, if you really want feedback I'd ditch the cornflakes. And pizza. And low fat crisps. And battered fish (the fish part is ok). I'm not sure what a flapjack is, but I'm guessing it's made of carbs, carbs, and sugar. My idea of the perfect meal plate is a quarter protein (meat or yoghurt, less if cheese or nuts), half vegetables, and if you're eating carbs then a quarter starch like rice or potato. With a bit of fat for flavour and cooking. Even for breakfast.
