I wish you pain free days ahead. So glad you are back; I too have been missing in action. I kinda gave up on watching my diet this past year, big mistake.

Thanks sooo much Diane!!! I'm praying for pain free days!!! Girl, I'm sick of not being able to enjoy my life the way I want to. I want to stop existing & START LIVING AGAIN!!! Diane, please don't be so hard on yourself for falling off track. It's never too late to get back into the game. You're here, so you've put your best foot forward. Now, it's time to make things happen. I'm with you!!! Taking Prednisone caused me to gain all the weight I lost, and now I have to work on losing it again. No worries mamacita!!! WE GOT THIS!!! :-)
