My shortlived lowcarb experiment

I hope your blood pressure returns to normal quickly! It is good you listened to your body and I agree that not everyone is the same when it comes to diet. I've had a similar experience with very low carb. After spending most of my life losing and gaining weight many times over, I decided that it is best not to do anything to lose weight that you are unwilling to do in order to keep it off forever. I will admit that I keep my carbs lower than a traditional diet, about 35% of my calories, but I don't exclude any foods.
