Oh wow, we are almost there.  For those that have done this a lot, I'm sure it's no big deal but this is my first time and I have 3 Kickstarters on the line and I'm a little bit excited and nervous.  I can tell you that it absolutely affected the way I ate this month.  Any time I started to think about NACHOS (love those nachos, extra jalapenos please) I just started thinking about the money I would lose and that was enough to say nix the NACHOS.  (sigh).

I have signed up for a couple more kickstarters and a transformer (anybody that reads my blogs would know that by now. LOL).  I think in the long term the Transformer is going to be better for me (in the long term) but the Kickstarters work better for me to think "nix the nachos".  For 6 months is a long time and I could have a slight transgression and recover, but on the short term (Kickstarters) my weight fluctuates so much that it could be the killer.

In April I am doing the 10K Disneyworld Star Wars Darkside and I'm REALLY looking forward to it.  Confession time: the resort we stay at (where we usually stay) has the BEST NACHOS.  So, in April...well, lets just say it's Salsa dancing with the Nachos.  Maybe even a bit of sour cream and heavy on the JALAPENOS.  At this point, I'm saving myself for then because they are so good.  That particular part of the resort actually has Mexicans that cook and prepare the nachos so when I say "extra jalapenos" they do accomodate me.

Okay, shake my head and get the visions of nachos out of there.  I really just wanted to tell everybody to hang in there, it's just a few more days till the end of the Kickstarters and you KNOW you can do it.  One of my friends has Lupus and she has been struggling for this 4 weeks, but she's not giving up so I can say she is my idol and role model.  I have seen a lot of comments on DietBet of people in similar circumstances that are not giving up when surely they might want to.  But, they don't.
