I am definitely losing. 

The weight isn't coming off as fast as I'd hoped, but it's coming off steadily, and that's the point. I think I'm averaging a little less than a pound a week. I'm proud of the work I've done so far and I'm excited to continue.

More importantly, I feel like I have been losing weight without giving up my eating life entirely. I still eat ice cream. I still have drinks with friends. Being hyper-conscious of everything I put in my body allows me to do this and not feel guily about it. I know it's "allowed" in my diet. This is great, because it means I can keep this up indefinitely. It's still a lot of work, but it's worth it, and it's not actually that hard.
