Like Stephy said, some people are super sensitive to suger (me included). You have taken the steps you need to in order to get through (completly cutting out processed sugar). There are times that I have to do the same. If I cut it out for 2 weeks I am usually good. You are already addressing the problem, good for you! It is hard, but you want it more!!!

Truth. Same for me. I only have "diet" made with shakeology or fruit. I only allow myself to have real sugar on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and my birthday. This helps me from feeling deprived too. You can do this. You're aiming for progress not perfection.

You can do this Nic! My graph goes up and down and up and down. Daily stuff just comes up and we get out of the great habits we know we should keep up. I think your Blogging will really help you get back on the right track.

Good pep talk! You can and will succeed because of your mental attitude. Good job getting back on track. Looking forward to your regular blog posts. :)
