I didn't make my weigh in this morning. 

I'm pretty disappointed in myself, especially because I hit my goal weight for this round 10 days ago. Now I'm up a pound and a half. 

There's only one thing to do now, though. Keep moving forward, and focus on the good news. The good news is that I'm still lighter than I was last month, so the scale is moving in the right direction!

This month I got lazy about my diet. I was visiting family for two weeks. Then friends were visiting me for a few days. There was a lot of social eating. It's so hard to stay on track when there are so many food-centric social gatherings. Fortunately, next month won't have so many events.

Starting a pound and a half behind is going to make this month's goal that much harder to achieve, but I have new focus and resolve. Onward!
