Last week I found my fire again. I have a free membership to the gym at my university and this semester they made the classes free too! (Usually I buy the pass anyway since it's pretty cheap.) Last week I tried out a couple new classes that kicked my butt, but made me feel really strong and motivated. I'm so excited to go to them again this week. 

Food choices were great for the most part, too. This weekend I visited some friends and family in Maine for my birthday, so of course there was some celebration around food, but I did not go crazy. I think my weigh in tomorrow will be okay. 

Now I have to get back into work mode.... which is easier said than done. 

Goals for the week: Stay under calorie limits (5 low days, 2 high days), drink water like crazy, go to 4 gym classes.
