Ya, my diet is one thing I need to get down.. this week I'm focusing on cutting out any really unhealthy foods such as fast food or chips (my weakness), the fine tuning will come after. I know from experience I have to slowly change my habits in order to get where I want to be and keep up with it. Thanks for the advice!
