THIS DARN BACK PAIN!!! UGH!!!

FOR MY FAMILY NOT IN MY CHALLENGES

Hi My Loving DietBetter Family!!!

I'm going to see my doctor this morning because I woke up in sooo much pain!!! My brother-in-law is going with me so that he can drop me off right in front of his office (can hardly walk). This back pain is really getting the best of me!!! :-( It's all good though. I'm a tropper, and I'm not giving in to it. My inversion table is gonna be delivered today, and I pray that once I start using it, I'll FINALLY get some relief. I'M SOOO TIRED OF SUFFERING WITH THIS BLASTED PAIN!!! CAN A SISTA GET A BREAK??? LOL!!!

My doctor didn't want me to order the table, but I'm gonna show him!!! LOL!!! The next time he sees me (after today), I'm gonna walk into his office feeling GREAT!!! Have to visualize myself feeling great, right??? Mind over matter......

Adrienne, have you considered surgery? I know that it's a radical option, but this seems to be a never-ending cycle.The other thing, which I tried, is an epidural. I cannot say it has cured me of back pain, but it reduced it quite a lot. I definitely will be going back in the New Year.

Michael, surgery IS NOT an option!!! I've had too many friends & family who've had multiple back surgeries, & they're still suffering. My 78-year-old aunt had 3 back surgeries, & just recently, a rod broke in her back, & now she's really suffering!!! I'm just gonna use my inversion table & wait to see positive results from using it. I know I've been suffering a long time, but I'M GONNA BE ALRIGHT!!! LOL!!!

Hope your table is the trick! Most of weight loss is diet, remember :)
