AMEN!!! First of all, Congratulations on successfully losing over 60 pounds!!! That's FREAKIN' AWESOME!!! 3beansprouts, I'M SOOO PROUD OF YOU!!! You took the 1st step to taking back control over your life, & saying to yourself: "I AM WORTHY"!!! Girl, those are some powerful words!!! I AM!!! YAAAASSSSS!!! I say it EVERYDAY!!! I AM WORTHY!!! I AM GRATEFUL!!! I AM THANKFUL!!! I AM CONFIDENT!!! I AM STRONG!!! I AM BEAUTIFUL!!! And my list goes on!!! But most importantly, I always say: "I AM LOVE"!!!
