Cutting Sugar - Day 3

I love the little chart! That is how I plan to lose my weight, not a lot, about 10 lbs, but I really want to see if I can adjust to not craving sugar so much! It really seems like a strong addiction to me when I try to eliminate it! I like the chart so much I took a picture of it with my phone so that I can look at it. Thanks for sharing! Just curious, do you weigh yourself every day?

I'm slightly OCD with weighing in. I check my weight before bed and when I first wake up, just so I can see how much of it is water weight in the mornings. I only really worry about my token official weight ins, though. As long as I'm seeing progress each week, I'm happy.

If you're interested in cutting sugar, I pulled this from a Prevention magazine, and it's all from The Sugar Smart Diet by Anne Alexander. I haven't gotten my hands on the book yet, but I'm hoping to borrow it from the library this weekend.
