One of the worst things is not getting support from those closest to you. I hate to see when friends and family aren't supportive of a healthy lifestyle, and go one further to tempt the person who is trying to change, or belittle them. You are doing great! Hopefully the attitude from your roommates will continue to inspire you that much more to stick to your goals. And hopefully once they see you settle in to your healthy lifestyle, maybe they will have more respect for you and even make changes themselves. Anyway, great job :)

I love the little chart! That is how I plan to lose my weight, not a lot, about 10 lbs, but I really want to see if I can adjust to not craving sugar so much! It really seems like a strong addiction to me when I try to eliminate it! I like the chart so much I took a picture of it with my phone so that I can look at it. Thanks for sharing! To make your meals more interesting, and less bland, check out the sparkpeople recipe app. I study it before I go to the store to get my meals for the week. It's lots of fun and great--easy-- recipes. I'm all about easy and tasty. Then you don't have to feel deprived while you take out those sugars! Good luck!
