I'm so glad you posted this. I'm trying keto for the first time. I'm only on my 9th day, but I'm used to having a sweet every night. I started finding keto desserts eight away and used Stevia, which worked fine. I find with erythritol I don't "need" more. I feel satisfied after one bite-sized treat. ???? not the same when using an Atkins treat, which I bought for emergency compilations. I feel I need just as many with those, but have to stop myself.
