Interesting. But I think willpower in relation to health can be self-perpetuating - the more you use it the easier it gets (that's somewhere between when you start using willpower and when the new thing becomes a habit). Maybe that's why we need lots of rest when we're doing things that require more willpower?

Yes, I started my healthful journey over 3 yrs ago....and I look back and think, I can't believe I ever lived that unhealthy way (obviously, I could do better...otherwise I wouldn't be here....but, progress not perfection is what we strive for). Yes we can !!
