I have jumped into something that ???  I WANT to WIN. It is not the money for me, but it is my health! The money, well I am very very very poor, so the money is a big thing too, I need it back! My plan is that I have to have it back, so I will lose this weight! My BMI is 37.5, I weight 210 lbs and am 5''3'. I had a gastric bypass back in '85 and went from 360 to 187. Many things happened and I gained back to 200, then my husband of then 24 years was diagnosed with cancer. For 2 years we fought and lost that battle. That was March 2000. I gained up to 220/210. I have held 210 now for about 6 months, but that is not where I want to be! My final goal is 145.

I want to say help me, but I know it is me, myself, I who have to make the daily choices, actions if I am going to succeed. I cannot afford to lose $5, so the $145 I put up to bet on my life I have to earn back!!! I do and will appreciate all encouragement, advice and if necessary scolding any or all of you have to offer.

LOL, now what is step one? Weigh in.. I need to go buy, a scale, an outfit to weigh in, going forward every week for the next six months. And FOOD! So as soon as my visiting grandson wakes up, I will feed him and we will head to Walmart. I will be doing the weekly weigh in's which I will post along with a weekly photo. LOL, I take horrible photos! 

That brings me to the second step... Food and Activity diary! I am going to join as many sites as I can afford, and some are free! Spark People tracks nutrients as well as calories and activity, but... no money involved. One I found is based on my BMI, and losing down to, LOL, overweight from obese. I have a ways to go, so this 6 months is only the beginning if I stick to 10% my BMI will still be much too high, a 35.2! I am hoping to lose more than the 10%.

Someone told me 2014 was going to be my year, lol, they lied! But... I am going to try and start over.
