I have lost weight many times, then gone off the tracks and gained it all back and more. How do I ensure that this time is different? I need to make this fight public, and I need your help to get there.
I am tired of the weight, tired of the lack of respect from others, tired of the snickers from people who knew me when I was thin (yes, it actually has happened).
I need this for my health, but I also need this for me.
