I am so with you on this one!! I started using My Fitness Pal to track my food, and it has been great! Tracking is a HUGE step! Good luck!

I use SparkPeople. It's exhausting keeping track of everything but it really makes you think twice about what you consume! It's a good way to hold yourself accountable. I read somewhere that "Your body keeps an accurate journal regardless of what you write down." That was a real eye-opener for me. It's so true-- I can try lie to myself but my body shows all of it!
