At the beginning of this month I upped my calorie burn requirements during exercise to 400 and limited my caloric intake to no more than 1400 calories a day.  On top of that, I am still continually working out 4 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday OR Sunday).  I have to say this is definitely the month I am seeing the most drastic results in weight loss.  I'm now down 21 pounds since I started changing my habits at the beginning of August.  Every time I don't feel like working out one of my scheduled days, I always think about how difficult it would be to get back in the swing on things.  It's so simple to let the first excuse to not work out turn into a downpour.  Yesterday was one of those days I had to force myself to step on that treadmill and make it happen.
