I'm sorry to hear about your health insurance issue, but I'm glad your doctor is gonna schedule you to see a neurologist. Regardless to what happens with the insurance, please take care of yourself!!! Don't not go because you may have to pay out of pocket. Find out first, & then find out if there are ways around it. You have to take care of you because if you don't, who will???
Your trainer shouldn't be upset with you because you had a piece of cheesecake!!! Really??? It's not like you ate the whole thing!!! You ate it, & owned up to it, & the most important thing of it all is that you've moved forward on track!!! Congratulations on your continued successful weight loss!!! You're gonna lose those last 3 lbs & reach your goal!!! DO YOU!! :-)
