I moved in with my boyfriend in April 2013 and immediately gained 40 lbs in about 6 months.  I've been fighting weight loss ever since.   Living with someone who can eat whatever they want and stay skinny as a rail is not helpful.  I'm 5'2" and my boyfriend is 6' and I weigh more than he does!  I'm hoping that diet bet will help me stay on track. My biggest problem is food, I love to eat! I"m hoping that if I record what I did and what I ate everyday that I will be less inclined to eat unhealthy foods and more inclined to get out of bed in a morning and work out because I have put into writing that I slept late and than ate a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit.  Hoping for the best because I need help!
