Hey girl, if you are doing long distance running (more than 4 miles), and 30 day shred, you actually could be in need of MORE food. It seems illogical, but your body can go into starvation mode, hanging on to every last calorie, if you don't replenish it well. Keep it simple...almonds, hard boiled eggs, greek yogurt... see if that makes a difference! Good luck!!!

I've won two consecutive DB's the last two months, and am down almost 20 pounds since August. I haven't caught out any foods altogether, just practiced moderation and regular exercise. You can do this! :)
