Yeah I am starting back again. I messed up but I am coming back strong! Have 8 servings of Fat Fast Shirataki Alfredo, some broccoli, mushrooms, and cheese sides and a questbar for today! Chicken is in there, too. low carb high fat lifestyle is what my body does the best on - even if my brain desires the carbs.

 

I refuse to be a carby any longer.
