I intend on eventually doing CrossFit. It looks like a TON of fun lol. I am working on Hip Hop Abs right now. That's 4 weeks. I am really looking forward to seeing the results!!

 

 

Also, doing a continuous 30 day Challenge set. Starting with squats then extreme squats then I'll figure out what else lol. I may just keep doing 500 squats a day!
