Why I want to lose weight
- To be healthier (it's not about a number!)
- To model healthy behavior for my daughter
- Lower weight = happier knees
- To avoid needing to buy new clothes (not to be confused with wanting…lol)
Why I want to work out
- I want to stay healthy and active as I age
- Working out helps me feel energized
- It relieves stress
- It helps me focus and concentrate
- Workouts are a fun break between work and school
- I listen to audio books when I do cardio (it’s the only time I get to ‘read’ for fun)
