Why I want to lose weight

  • To be healthier (it's not about a number!)
  • To model healthy behavior for my daughter
  • Lower weight = happier knees
  • To avoid needing to buy new clothes  (not to be confused with wanting…lol)

 

Why I want to work out

  • I want to stay healthy and active as I age
  • Working out helps me feel energized
  • It relieves stress
  • It helps me focus and concentrate
  • Workouts are a fun break between work and school
  • I listen to audio books when I do cardio (it’s the only time I get to ‘read’ for fun)
