It's been a great week! I joined a diet bet, defined my goals, and I have a plan. I had 3 active days this week. I went to the gym, walked the Harborwalk and went for a paddle. Today I'm resting. Don't want to over do it my first week. Going to the gym or hitting the trails in the morning with the puppies, depends on the weather. The core challenge starts tomorrow too. I've lost 1 pound since I weighed in on Tuesday. That's a good start!!
I need to focus on what I eat this week. I need to plan my meals so I'm not grabbing whatever for lunch each day. I will work on that tomorrow. I purchased the meal plans for the gluten free challenge as I don't eat gluten. I'm hoping to be able to cheat and use them for my food plan next week.
I also have a ton of homework this weekend. So far I don't have a tour scheduled on Sunday. I had to turn one down last week. =( I kind of hope I get one more week to get a little stronger. I think I'll go to the gym to weight train 2 times this week to make sure I'm good lugging equipment next weekend.
