Prep is key for me I plan a few days in advance. I do all my grocery shopping on the weekends. I'm also a big fan of crock-pot cooking - this way when I get home dinner is ready. Sounds like your headed in the right direction. Congrats and keep it up!! Good luck!!!

It probably won't work for a family but I cook on my day off for one whole week. another idea for after workouts is buy some protein bars to keep in the car or cheaper wise is having peanut butter around. I wish you the best of luck on this challenge.
