Day 7 and I’m down 2 pounds. YAY!!  If I can stay on track I just might win this. 

What have I been doing right?

I am moving more. I am going for a walk on at least one of my breaks at work each day. I am also working out in some way each day.  Even on my rest day, I went for a walk.  I started the core challenge, I just finished day 3.  I think it was easier today.  =)  I have not bought a bottle of wine since the bet started and when we went out the other night I got a salad. 

What needs work?

Need to work on how I eat when I get home from work.  When I get home, I’m hungry! I’ve usually just come from working out at the gym or harbor walk.  I need to plan a healthy snack for that time.  Then I have a problem grazing while I prepare dinner.  My husband usually cooks but he hasn’t been feeling well so I have been making dinner each night.  I think I eat the whole time.  Then dinner is ready and I’m not so hungry anymore but I feel like I have to sit with my family and eat something. 

Lol, he just needs to get better so I don’t have to cook anymore. =) But seriously, I think that is just a will power exercise.  I need to be more conscious of my grazing while I cook.  Maybe if I prep my meals in advance (on the weekend maybe) then all I have to do is assemble.
