Week 2 begin!

Holli...I've been a housewife for over 10 years now and I can tell you I burn some of the most calories ever just doing housework! Floor scrubbing is awesome for calorie burn as is cleaning cabinet doors, windows...well you name it they all burn calories! Regarding prayer time, in those early morning hours that you find it hard to go back to sleep - take a little time then. That's my favorite time to just BE and to LISTEN. It helps me to wake up refreshed. Good luck!
