Hello my friend. Here's my thoughts/plan. One thing you can do is drink plenty of water ahead of eating (you will want less to eat). Choose healthy options as best you can. Then also don't be afraid to indulge in some of the things you truly enjoy but in moderation. When it comes to exercise, at least get out and walk when you are at your parents. Don't let yourself get too discouraged, we are all going to struggle with most of this. I know I will as Tony and I are going out to a nice restaurant for Thanksgiving with great food and then the day after is my 20th high school reunion. Also, you and I can stay in touch while you're gone as well. You can do this.
