I TOTALLY understand the hormone craving thing. I also find the when I am at my desk (I sit at work most of the time) I want something to snack on and usually something sweet. I have small dark chocolate Dove bars or something along those lines so I can have one and I'm good. I have also taken to keeping a very small bowl on my desk that has a small hand full or a serving of M&M's so that I can snack on those throughout the day. I can't totally give up my chocolate no matter how hard I try.

When I worked outside the home, I also had a chocolate dish on my desk. Hershey's Kisses - I'd have one at my first break with my glass of water and I'd treat myself to a second one for my walk home.
