Hey, Marsha, go research chia seeds. They have helped me a lot. I started with only a tsp and up to only a tbsp in the morning because they are so high fiber but check them out. If you try them, soak them in the 30 cal almond milk for at least 30 min. You can make pudding with them or use them in a smoothie or make refrigerator oatmeal and use them. Lots of options and they pack a lot of nutrients in one tablespoon

Les, I am totally on board with the Chia seeds, but I was worried about the carb count. I LOVE them in yogurt. 100 Calorie Greek Yogurt, mixed with a couple of tablespoons of Chia seeds, will last me two days. As sort of a go to snack. And I know the research says Chia seeds are not known to make you feel fuller. BUT THEY DO! For me anyway. I'll try them in the Almond Milk. Good call. I hadn't thought of that. THANKS!

Are they high carb, I will have to go back and look at that. Also, I have gotten hooked on Siggi's brand yogurt. Very low carb and the vanilla is only 100 calories and 14g of protein. I mix my seeds with that, blueberries and oatmeal for breakfast!
