Hi! Thanks for asking. I'm good, holding my breath to see if my weight holds for tomorrow (down slightly today). I was up after the holiday but didn't pig out and worked out twice every day to stay on track. My body is super sensitive and struggles to lose weight as I get closer to my goal. Trying to drink more water (ick) and watch carbs. I am VERY determined to reach my number. Feeling strong and can actually feel real muscles in my shoulders from doing a gazillion push-ups lately.
