How long have you been doing the same workout routine? Even when you give it 100%, if you do the same thing too long your body learns how to cheat by being more efficient. Hi Cara! Thanks for commenting! That's another one of the things that's been a mystery to me lately - I've definitely been changing up my routine every week or 2 so I can "shock my system," as they say. I know there's a dozen reasons why your weight could fluctuate; it's just so frustrating trying to figure out what it is! I'll definitely try out the crazy 8's routine though!!
