Hi. Thanks for the challenge. I just did it w/ a few modifications-limited in hotel room. did them for 1min each continuously (changed bicep curls to tricep dips, changed shoulder press to plank) and did 100 jump/hop squats. got a good sweat and now off to have a sensible anniversary dinner in Kyoto.. thanks Cara..
