One of my Aqua Boot Camp participants challenged me to a workout her trainer puts her through. Her trainer calls it Crazy Eights. It sounds fairly brutal. It's eight reps of eight exercises done eight times. Take as little rest between each exercise as possible. Take a minute or two between each set. I'm taking up the challenge first thing in the morning. So, here are the eight exercises I'm going to do.
1) Squats
2) Push Ups
3) Glute Bridges
4) Bicep Curls
5) Jumping Jacks
6) Shoulder Presses
7) Curtsy Squats
8) Mountain Climbers
